At InkTheory, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items that are damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted
- Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@inktheory.store with your order number and reason for return
- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- Once approved, we'll send you return instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are borne by the customer)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Contact us to check availability before shipping your return.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
